    • Your order number if the question is about an existing order (it is in your confirmation email).
    • Your accounting or payroll program if the question is about which business checks, business deposit slips or check envelopes fit.
    • A voided check or your current check (photo is fine) if the question is about bank numbers or the MICR line.

    If it has not gone to press, yes: call (800) 385-1363 right away. Once printed, personalised checks cannot be changed, but see returns and reprints.

    01How long until my checks arrive?
    Standard orders print in 3–5 business days, plus shipping. Your own logo adds 5–6 days; a pre-designed logo adds 3–5. If you need them faster than that, call (800)-385-1363 and ask about rush service before you place the order — it cannot be added once a job is in the queue.
    02Can I change an order after placing it?
    Yes, as long as it has not gone to print yet. Tell us the moment you spot it — call (800)-385-1363 during business hours, or email info@businesscheckprinting.com with your order number and what needs to change. If the job has not started we hold it, correct the file and send you a new proof at no charge. Once it is on press the run has to finish, so speed matters more than a long explanation.
    03Will these work with QuickBooks?
    Yes. Our checks are printed to the standard accounting layouts — voucher, wallet and three-per-page — so QuickBooks, Quicken, Sage, Xero and the other common packages print to them without a custom template. Order the format your software is already set to print. If you are not sure which one that is, tell us the program and version when you order and we will match it for you.
    04Where do I find my routing and account numbers?
    Along the bottom of a check you already have, in the magnetic MICR line. The nine digits sitting between the two bracket-shaped symbols on the left are the routing number; the group after it is your account number; the short group on the right is just the check number. Do not take the numbers off a deposit slip — some banks print a different routing number there. If the line is hard to read, send us a photo of a voided check and we will read it off for you.
    05What if the checks arrive wrong?
    We reprint them at our cost. If what arrived does not match what you approved — wrong numbers, wrong color, wrong stock, wrong logo — email info@businesscheckprinting.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and a corrected run goes back on press. You never pay twice for our mistake.
